Privacy Policy

In order to work with you to design and deliver the services best suited to your needs, I need to collect contact details and information about you and/or your group.

This includes:

• the name, telephone number and email address of the main point of contact

• the contact details of any other personal involved in the booking e.g. the treasurer;

• the venue address and facilities;

• the nature and size of the group or society;

• any adjustments I need to be aware of for attendees with particular needs.

I will only ask you to provide information which is required for your booking.

I will hold any information you provide securely and will not share it with anyone else.

After your event, and with your agreement, I will retain your contact details and group information in order to contact you about any new offers or to enable future bookings.

I may contact you periodically to verify your details are still correct and that you are content for me to continue to hold them for the purposes described above.

Please contact me at any time if you wish me to permanently remove any details I hold about you or your group

​

Please update me if your contact details change, or if you hand over responsibility as group co-ordinator to another member. ​
